The eShop is exclusively accessible to commercial customers who can prove their business license. Either we have already served you as a customer in the past, or you have electronically transmitted your business license to us as a new customer. As a private customer, you are welcome to purchase Sika products directly from your local building supply store. If you are of the opinion that we have not processed your registration without authorization, please contact us.
Under the tab Products you will find products and accessories from the Sika range. With the search function you can search for products by product name, article number or within a product category. You can also filter by category, color and packaging.

Yes, you can add your desired products to a watch list by clicking on the star next to the product. This watchlist will be displayed in your customer account in the upper right corner next to the shopping cart.
"When you have placed the products in your shopping cart, click on the button "Proceed to checkout". Here you will find an overview of the shopping cart and delivery.

Please enter your desired delivery date here and click on "Update shopping cart". Without a delivery date you will not be able to complete your purchase.

Click on "Checkout" to complete your purchase. Now you will get an overview of the total costs and the total weight of the order. Note that any different freight charges will be shown separately on the order confirmation.
You will receive the order confirmation by e-mail shortly.
In a further step, you will be given the opportunity to check the order. Accept the General Terms and Conditions of Sika Österreich GmbH and click on "Order now with costs" , to complete the process. "

After checking the order as well as the delivery dates, you will receive an order confirmation promptly . During working hours (Mon-Friday 8:30-15:30 ) the transmission usually takes place within a few hours after the order.
You will receive your invoice as usual (by mail or e-mail). You can conveniently switch to invoice via e-mail when registering in the Sika Shop.
